Photo Walk - San Francisco

Ever since we did our digital photography workshop back in September, we've had a number of friends who've expressed an interest in doing something like that closer to home. We decided to organize an afternoon walk from Fisherman's Wharf towards the Marina, both as a fun afternoon and a way to focus on picture taking for a couple of hours.
Sunday July 13th turned out to be a gorgeous day. The fog burned off early leaving us with an amazingly clear day that was nice and warm. We had a group of twelve join us at the pier for the walk. We had forgotten just how crazy and touristy Fisherman's Wharf can be, so we moved quickly down to the Maritime Museum, then headed past Fort Mason, around Chrissy Field and ended up at the Palace of Fine Art. It was a great way to spend an afternoon! |
